Refund policy

At Sprylo Supply, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Please review your order details, including product, color, size, quantity, and shipping information, carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sprylostudios@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or misprinted item

Any additional photographs or information we may reasonably request to evaluate the issue

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

For approved damaged, defective, or misprinted product claims, you generally will not be required to return the affected item. If a return is required in a particular case, we will provide instructions before you send anything.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at sprylostudios@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item received so that we can review and resolve the issue.

If the incorrect item resulted from a fulfillment or production error, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Wrong Size or Color Selected by Customer

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges when a customer orders the wrong size, color, or product variation.

Please review the product's available sizing information and your selected options carefully before placing your order. Sizing charts are provided on every product page to help you select the correct size before placing your order.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because of change of mind, personal preference, or because an item is no longer wanted.

Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at sprylostudios@gmail.com.

Cancellation or modification requests can only be considered before the order enters production.

Orders often enter production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot normally be canceled or modified.

Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges because our products are made to order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us rather than placing a new order. We will review the issue under the applicable sections of this policy.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow time for the refund to be processed and posted by your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider after it has been issued.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Address Errors and Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address was provided by the customer, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout.

 Reshipment, or refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the order and any costs already incurred.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides you with rights beyond those described in this policy, those legal rights will apply.
